Sue Lappin
FounderSue Lappin has spent over 25 years at the heart of HR, with roles at some of the UK’s best-known brands, including Johnson & Johnson, BT, Sharp, and JCT 600.
She set up Lappin HR because she saw a gap. SMEs across Yorkshire and the North were going without proper HR support, or paying for advice that didn’t fit the reality of running a smaller business. And when a situation calls for specialist knowledge, Sue brings in trusted experts from her network, so clients always get the right support.
Sue is a Chartered Member of the CIPD and an accredited Insights Discovery, and Motivational Maps practitioner.
